Lord Mungo is a late 15th century Scottish Lowland archer.
Mungo is a TA marshal. He has mentored five TA marshals, is a TA Warrant Class instructor, and has taught the TA warrant class numerous times as well as other archery classes. He is now Isenfir’s Castellan.
Mungo is co-leader of the Household of Mallard Lodge, an easy job since the only other member is Lady Sarah Sinclair (his S.O.).
He is an instructor at University of Atlantia, and contributor to both Quivers & Quarrels and Tournaments Illuminated. He recently salvaged Isenfir’s demo-in-a-box, labeled and prepped the items for public display, and wrote documentation for some 80 pieces. Mungo also dabbles in slight-of-hand magic as a tool for engaging guests at demos.
Other SCA interests: fletching and arrow building, period longbow, castles, the Tower of London, saints and pilgrimage, table-top siege and all things Scottish (except haggis).
